Virtual Tart, an online show, Dec. 1, 2024 to Jan. 31, 2025
Art with or about WORDS, an exhibit of images sent for inclusion in a Word Art book in 2018. Dale Copeland of virtualtart.co.nz is showing the images produced as a result of this challenge again, along with some new ones.
This is my piece in the show, "Je pense donc je suis" (I think therefore I am), made by writing those famous words by French philosopher René Descartes in ink on paper.

This exhibit showcases the interpretation by artists from around the world of their own reality, in the medium of their choice.

Taller Galeria Fort, Cadaqués, Spain, June 29-Sep. 30, 2024
This is the 44th year of this international print exhibition of work by some 650 artists from 50 countries around the world. The prints are all 4x4" or less.
This piece, "Duo", is one of the prints I have in the show (3.5x3.5", mixed media).
Café Beebe, Sept. 28-Nov. 26, 2023
As part of Stanstead Cultural Days (Sep. 29-Oct. 1), fellow artist Allyna Harris (www.allynaharris.com) and I will be showing work at Café Beebe,10 rue Principale, Stanstead, Quebec . The show at the café will continue until November 26th.

This annual international competition showcases the work of artists from around the world. It promotes contact between artists, art lovers and collectors. The works must be no bigger than 6x6".

This annual gallery exhibition and online auction features over 50 original prints by artists from around the world.

Christmas show, Nov. 6-Dec. 22, 2022
This annual annual show promotes the work of local artists and is a chance to find that perfect small gift for the holidays.

This is "Walk In My Sushi-Shoes", my piece that was accepted for this online and physical show of collage concentrated in a circle. Found paper, 9x12".
The show will be at https://coupsdepinceauxcoupsdeciseaux.com/ under Exposition Regarde Autour (Québec Collage) and the physical show will be at Coups d'pinceaux/Coups d'ciseaux at 4603 St-Laurent Blvd. in Montreal. The vernissage is on World Collage Day, May 14 from 6-9 pm.
This is "Exuberance", one of my two pieces that were accepted for this show that explores the artistic relationship with flora and fauna in nature. Mixed media (found paper, cardboard and fabric), 7x10".

"Mixed Metaphors", April 1-30, 2022
In this juried show the theme was to be used as a starting point. My collage is a boat and someone lost at sea as a metaphor for the confusion we can sometimes feel about life and what's happening around us.
My piece in the show is this mixed media work made of found paper, pieces of my own artwork, acrylic paint and pencil, "Lost at Sea“, 10x11".
